Aircontact has been ISO certified since 2010, and we currently hold the 9001:2015 standard. This is audited annually and every 3 years a recertification is carried out, both by Danish Bureau Veritas. In order to be certified to ISO 9001, we are obliged to follow the reuirements set forth in the ISO 9001 standard. The standard is designed to help companies at many levels, including a focus on customer requirements, improving leadership within the company, finding new ways to continually improve, and more.
